I love my scooter! My SO and I each got one, and we have taken our scooters to the local restaurants near our apartment. There are a couple of low hills and inclines on our journeys, and these scooters handle them with ease. I'm a little over 200lbs, and I have no problem getting my scooter to go 17mph even on an incline. So if you are on the fence or if you (like me) are on the heavier side and not sure if this scooter is right for you, buy it!

The scooter came just as advertised and the motor is strong. The biggest fear was buying a scooter with a battery that wouldn't last. I'm 230lbs and this thing goes almost 5miles at 17mph.. Wow

Update to previous post: After working with Customer service they determined they battery was defective and shipping a new one. Note: I was a +/- 7 days out from my warranty so it was really nice to see a company stand by their product.

This extra battery allows me to completely rely on my scooter for short commutes to work without worrying about battery life! My only concern is that this extra battery has a slightly weaker power output than the battery included with my scooter.
